Lux Jhakaas Heroine
9X Jhakaas, India’s first Marathi music channel from 9X Media Pvt Ltd, has launched a new show on the Channel called Lux Jhakaas Heroine. For this unique talent hunt based show, 9X Jhakaas has partnered with the upcoming Marathi film “Mitwaa” starring renowned actors Swwapnil Joshi and Sonalee Kulkarni. The winner of the show will get an opportunity to play the lead role in Mitwaa. Registrations for Lux Jhakaas Heroine start from 8th March 2013 and will be accepted till 26th March 2014.
9X Jhakaas along with the producers of Mitwaa, Meenakshi Sagar Productions, will scan through all the entries and shortlist the best candidates. These shortlisted entries will be groomed by experts including Sonalee Kulkarni, Umesh Jadhav, Ravi Jadhav and Swwapnil Joshi. The entire hunt from the auditions to the Grand Finale will be aired through a 6-part reality series on 9X Jhakaas.
Mitwaa is produced by Meenakshi Sagar Productions and Nanubhai Jaisinghani of Video Palace. This blockbuster stars popular actors Swwapnil Joshi and Sonalee Kulkarni in the lead and is directed by Swapna Waghmare-Joshi.
This show will be promoted extensively across print, radio and digital platforms. The promos will also be played across Big Cinemas and UFO screens across Maharashtra. The channel will also promote the talent hunt across Cafe Coffee days and popular colleges across Maharashtra.
